2016 Fall Parade of Homes: Modern & Timeless

The advent of a new school year, changing leaves, and Pumpkin flavored lattes means one thing to the Twin Cities home building community: The Fall Parade of Homes has finally arrived!

We're incredibly proud of our 2016 Fall Parade Model. This tasteful family home is a unique blend of modern and timeless design styles. Effortless elegance is apparent the moment you enter the sunny front foyer; from the airy open floor plan to the calming natural color palette. Never ones to take ourselves too seriously, the home's understated style is punctuated by bright pops of color, playful mid-century accent pieces, and bold patterns and textiles.

Pre-Game Homecoming Party Rain or Shine

Last Friday was a little more rain than shine, but that didn't stop us from hosting a Homecoming  party at our Fairfax model before the big game. Thank you to everyone that stopped by to say "hi" and enjoy some snacks! It was a fun time had by all. Enjoy a few candid shots (thanks to Patty).

We are on the brink of Fall 2015 Parade of Homes!  As always, this is an exciting time of year for us, and we are thrilled that you’ll have the chance to see what we’ve been up to.  (We think you’ll leave inspired too).

Here’s what you need to know:
Parade runs Sept 12th – Oct 4th, 2015
Thursdays - Sundays
12-6pm each day

What you have to look forward to:

This charming "modern farmhouse" is a blend of contemporary Scandinavian and Midwestern design.  Highlights include a spacious layout, open mudroom, and picturesque wood-burning fireplace!  You can take a peek at more photos of the home here, but there’s no doubt you’ll want to stop by and see the real-deal for yourselves.
