Classic Countryside Whole Home Remodel

Our REFINED Remodeling team has spent the last year transforming a southwest metro home for a special family, and today, we're delighted to unveil a sneak peek!

Collaborating with this family was an absolute pleasure. They were exceptional partners with a clear vision, yet embraced new ideas. Our goal from the beginning was to complete the remodel in time for Thanksgiving, and we're overjoyed they could host their loved ones in their newly renovated home.

This comprehensive project included an interior remodel, exterior renovation, and a stunning landscape plan masterfully crafted by Southview Design. The expansive landscaping will feature a charming chicken coop, a vegetable garden, a pear and apple orchard, and picturesque landscaping elements designed for aesthetic appeal and recreational enjoyment. • Heated driveway: A touch of luxury that eliminates the need for backbreaking shoveling in Minnesota's harsh winters.

• Cozy built-in living room window seats: Inviting nooks perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying the tranquil landscaping views.

• Hidden kitchen pantry: A clever design element that keeps culinary essentials organized and out of sight.

Remodeling: Eden Prairie Modern Kitchen

You can’t beat the classics, and this sophisticated Eden Prairie kitchen remodel is as lovely as can be. Before the renovation, the space was dated and had an awkward flow. Our team’s smart solution was repurposing the wasted transitional area into stylish open storage and a streamlined command center.

We couldn’t be happier with the result of this fun project. The updated kitchen feels lighter, bigger, and more serene. Every finish is carefully calibrated to stand the test of time, from the black and white color palette to the clean lines and smooth surfaces. Remodeling: Wine Room + Lower Level

If you can think of nothing better than a glass of wine after a long day, you don’t want to miss our remodeling team’s latest project. Wine aficionados and appreciators alike will feel right at home in this sophisticated lower level and wine room!

It’s always a pleasure to help our clients design unique spaces around their passions. We loved making this fun wine cellar and bar a reality. Both areas are elegant showpieces that blend seamlessly into this multi-functional family space.

The rest of the lower level is cozy enough for family movie nights and kids’ sleepovers - with plenty of open space to move around and play! A fully equipped workout room rounds out the basement, making this remodel even more functional. From hosting friends to breaking a sweat, this space does it all!

Remodeling: Stunning Sunnyside Edina Bathrooms

Our REFINED Remodeling team recently finished these gorgeous bathrooms in Edina - we’re so excited to share their spectacular work!

Is there anything better than a jaw-dropping design transformation? The difference between this project's before and after photos is like night and day - it’s the kind of reveal we can’t get enough of!

These beautiful bathrooms are small but mighty. Our goal is always to marry form and function, so no opportunity for style or organization goes to waste! Both use contrasting colors, materials, and textures to guide your eye through the space.

The owner’s suite, in particular, maximizes every inch of square footage with its unusual layout. We love the parallel double vanities, which make room for the spacious spa-style shower.
