Part of this process includes being transparent about the elements and features included in every REFINED custom home. While other builders may hide these things throughout a lengthy contract, we offer homeowners a list of standard features from the start.

Edina Country Club Transformation | 2019 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase

Have you heard the news? The 2019 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase kicks off this Friday, March 29th! During the Showcase, we'll be showing off our recent remodeled home in the historic Country Club neighborhood of Edina, Minnesota.

REFINED Remodeling recently helped a busy family transform their 1920s-era home with a new addition, garage, and a complete update on the main level. With a failing foundation and a need for more room on the first floor, our team worked to bring this family's vision to life.

The new addition provided ample space to create a beautifully renovated kitchen. Highlights of the kitchen include custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, butcher block island counter, and a built-in dinette. We were also able to design a fully functional mudroom/laundry area alongside the kitchen.

In addition, the main level bathroom was updated during this renovation. We replaced the existing flooring with an eye-catching patterned tile and added depth with a classic white subway tile halfway up the wall. The finishing touches of the bathroom remodel include a new sink and vanity lighting. Completing the transformation of this home is a new enlarged two-car garage.

Measuring 4,650 square feet, every inch of this five-bedroom, five-bathroom home was artfully designed to maximize the living space while creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. REFINED collaborated with local industry professionals to design the interior of this home in a Modern Americana style. The sophisticated design details include natural wood tones, neutral color palette, mixed metals, and white accents highlighted by the natural light from the many oversized windows. All of these elements work together in harmony to create a truly stunning, yet simple design you're sure to love for years to come.

We're another week closer to the 2019 Spring Parade of Homes and we couldn't be more excited to show off our brand new home in Edina, MN! We love everything about this home from its modern design details to its functional spaces but what makes this home even more special is that it is part of an awesome collaboration with local industry professionals!

REFINED purchased the lot, as well as designed and built this stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home, which spans over 4,650 square feet. As a regular entrant into the Parade of Homes events, the REFINED team enjoys visiting with everyone that stops by. We truly love hearing your feedback and hope you love this collaboration as much as we do!

Brooke Voss, Founder of Brooke Voss Interior Design

Brooke Voss Interior Design is located in the historic North Loop of Minneapolis and Voss is an Allied Member of The American Society of Interior Designers. Her team has worked on projects throughout the greater Midwest and Chicago, as well as Colorado, Los Angeles, and New York. As the Interior Designer of this project, Voss incorporated sophisticated and fun design details that capture and bring to life the Modern Americana style of the home.

Andy Higgins, Co-Owner of Ciel Loft & Home

Andy Higgens is the Co-Owner of Ciel Loft & Home. Based in St. Louis Park, MN, Ciel is an interior design and custom furniture company. Ciel was founded in 2013 when Andy partnered with co-owner, Chad, to share their love for the "beauty and culture of lives past." Together, they provide customers with authentic pieces at fair prices. They sell items ranging from found furniture and reclaimed wood pieces to reproduction industrial lighting and other household goods imported from 12 different countries. Andy will be staging this home with some amazing pieces from Ciel's showroom, which will also be available for purchase.
