R27 - 5225 Halifax Avenue South, Edina MN 55424

Located in the Arden Park neighborhood of Edina, this active family of five was ready to transform their main level, lower level, and owner’s bedroom. This lower-, main-, and upper-level addition to the rear of the existing home created a new family room with a gorgeous fireplace hearth area, larger dining room, more functional shared office space for working/school from home, updated mudroom, among other beautiful updates. One highlight that this addition provided was a new sport alley and remodeled lower-level media/bar area to enjoy while taking turns practicing their slapshots or corner kicks!

Spring is finally on the horizon in the Midwest. Aside from looking forward to warmer temps and green grass, our team is also eagerly anticipating the Spring Remodelers Showcase!

One weekend only, April 8-10th, we’re showing this lovely tear-down/rebuilt home in Linden Hills. Located steps away from beautiful Lake Harriet, our team rebuilt this home from the ground up.

Tasteful and traditional in style, the layout boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a three-car garage. Design highlights include a spacious and organized mudroom, an exercise room, and a sprawling front porch that’s perfect for enjoying Minnesota’s four seasons.
