Our team recently completed work on this Gorgeous Deephaven new build. In April, we gave a sneak peek of this home in process; today, we’re excited to share the final reveal!

During this project, we worked with our client to find them the homesite of their dreams in a special neighborhood, and then we designed and built their home. Reimagining how a house fits into an established neighborhood can be challenging, but it’s what we do best!

From the light fixtures to the wallpaper to the tile and use of color - this home is packed with personality. These clients aren’t intimidated by a bold finish, and we love them for it! Their home is a true reflection of their distinctive taste.

Behind the Build: Cabinetry and Millwork Installation

Throughout 2023, we’ve been sharing a look behind the build on a home in Edina. So far, we’ve introduced Tim and Hannah, scouted out their homesite, assembled their design team, tagged along on their finish presentation, and now we’re watching as their cabinetry and millwork get installed!

Tim and Hannah are building their dream home and graciously allowed us to document their journey. At REFINED, we pride ourselves on offering a collaborative client process, meaning we’re with you every step of the way.

Our team is currently in the thick of construction on Tim and Hannah’s gorgeous home. Hannah recently stopped by to check our progress as we installed cabinetry and woodwork. We love it when clients are involved in their builds; it was fun to see Hannah’s excitement as her selections came to life!
