We’re just over a month into 2024, and our REFINED Remodeling team has been as busy as ever. Today, we are thrilled to share this traditional home remodel in Edina!

This renovation was a major undertaking, which included the main level kitchen, powder room, mudroom, and office, along with a lower level bathroom and exercise room.

Traditional and classic but with a playful side - this home has a style uniquely its own. Several design themes repeat throughout: soft tones, patterned wallpaper, beautiful built-ins, and warm gold metallics. A few of our favorite finishes include the pale blue kitchen tile and the mossy green mudroom lockers.

Behind the Build: Finished Sneak Peek

Throughout 2023, we’ve been sharing a look behind the build on a home in Edina. So far, we’ve introduced Tim and Hannah, scouted out their homesite, assembled their design team, tagged along on their finish presentation, and watched as their cabinetry and millwork were installed.

Tim and Hannah are building their dream home and graciously allowed us to document their journey. At REFINED, we pride ourselves on offering a collaborative client process, meaning we’re with you every step of the way.

We recently completed this stunning new construction home in Edina. While the home is unfurnished in these photos, we couldn’t resist still sharing a peek inside!

Classic Countryside Whole Home Remodel

Our REFINED Remodeling team has spent the last year transforming a southwest metro home for a special family, and today, we're delighted to unveil a sneak peek!

Collaborating with this family was an absolute pleasure. They were exceptional partners with a clear vision, yet embraced new ideas. Our goal from the beginning was to complete the remodel in time for Thanksgiving, and we're overjoyed they could host their loved ones in their newly renovated home.

This comprehensive project included an interior remodel, exterior renovation, and a stunning landscape plan masterfully crafted by Southview Design. The expansive landscaping will feature a charming chicken coop, a vegetable garden, a pear and apple orchard, and picturesque landscaping elements designed for aesthetic appeal and recreational enjoyment.
