Each home has its own style formula; clean lines, white spaces, earthy materials, neutral tones, and sophisticated pops of color define this project. As you move through the floorplan, each room is connected by repeated finishes, such as warm wood, black, and metallics.

Our favorite space in this home is the elegant and cozy great room. The living room flows into the dining room, which then leads into the kitchen. Bathrooms are arguably the most heavily trafficked, practical rooms in any home. A necessity and a routine part of life, bathrooms are where the day begins and ends, where you put on your armor for the challenges ahead and unwind after the everyday hustle.

At REFINED Custom Homes, our bread-and-butter projects marry traditional design elements with modern style, technology, and trends. This beautiful Deephaven new build perfectly exemplifies what we do best!

While the home isn’t furnished yet, we couldn’t resist sharing a sneak peek of the nearly completed build. Throughout the home, each space is elegant, effortless, and charming. Some of our favorite finishes from this project include:

Sophisticated Edina New Build

We recently completed construction on this lovely Edina home. Although it has yet to be fully furnished, we couldn’t resist sharing a glimpse inside!

Many features and finishes throughout this sophisticated home are clean and traditional. However, fun touches, such as a leopard-print stair runner, unique light fixtures, bold tilework, and moody paint, counterbalance those classic elements.

A few of our favorite design features include the grand staircase with its twisted railing, the abundant built-in storage, and the stunning primary bath soaking tub and oversized shower.
